Chef Einat Admony plans three more locations
NYC’s homegrown falafel-and-pita triumph Taïm is finally growing its footprint. Chef Einat Admony and husband Stéfan Nafziger recently secured investors to help the fast-casual restaurant grow at least three new locations in New York before the end of the year, according to industry publication Restaurant Hospitality.
The first new one will be in a Midtown Urbanspace food hall that’s opening in March. Eater has reached out to Admony for more information on where the other two locations might end up.
