Mifune — the upscale Japanese restaurant from two chefs with Michelin star experience — opened its doors to the public on Thursday, marking the debut of one of the biggest restaurant openings of the year. It’s a bi-level space at 245 East 44th Street in Midtown East with both a fine dining restaurant and an eight-seat omakase bar.
