You can now get a cheesesteak from Philly icon Pat’s King of Steaks delivered through Caviar — and they’re celebrating with a special buy-one-get-one-free deal tomorrow.

On Wednesday, May 10th, you’ll be able to order a Pat’s Original Cheesesteak through the Caviar app or website and get another Original Cheesesteak for free. The deal is good from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. while supplies last and is limited to five steaks per customer (for a total of 10 steaks delivered).

It took two months for Kangaroo Boxing Club to remove itself from Postmates’ food delivery service.

The problem? Owner Peyton Sherwood says the menus were frequently inaccurate, and people would order dishes like collard greens when they hadn’t been available for two months. Other times, he felt drivers were rude, impatient, and didn’t take enough care getting food to the customer.

D.C.’s gilded era of $125 martinis and “sommeliers in residence” continues. Introducing now: “D.C.’s first fusion caviar lounge,” Odessa, coming to 1413 K St. NW later this fall.

The restaurant will have a glass-enclosed “Caviar Room” reserved for an eight-to-10-course caviar-centric tasting menu from chef J.R. Robinson, who competed on Hell’s Kitchen and founded a catering company called KitchenCray.
