There’s a new spot for sandwiches and food products in Grant Park.

Grant Park Market — a second location of Candler Park Market — is in soft open mode in the Larkin on Memorial development at 519 Memorial Drive.

Manny’s Grant Park Pub will anchor Paces Properties Grant Park development

In early 2016, Paces Properties purchased the Grant Park property at 588 Woodward Ave., at the corner of Woodward Ave. and Boulevard, with long-term plans to add new restaurants and other amenities to the neighborhood.

Now comes word that Manny’s Grant Park Pub, a new bar and restaurant concept from longtime Atlanta barman Manuel Maloof, who is the grandson of the founder of Manuel’s Tavern, will anchor the development.

The project, which is taking over the former Stone Soup Kitchen and No Brakes bicycle shop spaces, is expected to open in late spring 2018.

Grant Park development adds two more restaurants to the mix

More restaurants have been announced as part of the lineup of tenants at Larkin on Memorial. The mixed-use development, currently under construction at 519 Memorial Drive across from Oakland Cemetery, will feature an upscale tap room and a pizzeria. Both are expected to open this fall along with Taqueria del Sol and Ramen Station, announced as tenants last fall.

Firepit Pizza Tavern is the creation of Atlanta native and winner of Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen, chef Leslie Cohen.  The menu will focus on brick oven pizza while the bar will pour craft beer and specialty cocktails.

A new restaurant and bakery with a Mediterranean flair is set to open its doors this month in Grant Park.

Mediterranea, which will be located in a historic 1920 trolley stop building 332 Ormond St. SE Ste. 101 in Atlanta, will open a bakery and coffee counter first, followed by the restaurant in the later part of the month.

A coffee house/cafe and department store are the newest tenants announced for the new Atlanta Dairies development at 777 Memorial Drive in Grant Park.

THRIVE Farmers coffee wholesaler will open a cafe in a 2,000 square foot-space featuring a menu “from a farmer-focused foundation, including artisan, handcrafted food, and additional beverage choices that empower producers globally.”
