Chris D’Emilio asked himself that question a few years ago. And by any standard, he’s made his dream a reality in record time.

But it didn’t exactly happen overnight.

July is National Ice Cream month and to celebrate this yummy event Door Dash and Baskin-Robbins have teamed up to bring the sweet frozen treats to your door.

Chill Out At Little Baby’s Block Party Tomorrow

Little Baby’s Ice Cream/Yelp

The frozen treat freaks at Little Baby’s Ice Cream are teaming up with their neighbors at St. Benjamin Brewing Co. and Riverwards Produce for a First Friday block party tomorrow, July 7th.

The fun will take place on the sidewalk outside the Little Baby’s World Headquarters at 2311 Frankford Avenue. There will be family-friendly games, “light outdoor entertainment,” and, of course, ice cream. Small bites will be provided by Riverwards, with beer samples by St. Benjamin.

The free festivities start at 6 p.m. and go until 8 p.m.

Looking for a boozy frozen treat? Then get ready for Suga and Ice, a new ice cream shop that offers alcohol-infused ice cream.

Suga and Ice will be located at 3095 Peachtree Industrial Blvd., in Duluth. It opens this Saturday, June 24.

The menu includes both alcohol-infused and nonalcoholic ice cream flavors. Among the former, look for 12 flavors, including Blueberry Mojito, Pina Colada and Guiness Chocolate Chip. Sweet Charlie’s brings rolled ice cream to Buckhead

Sweet Charlie’s Rolled Ice Cream is now open in Atlanta. 

The hand-rolled ice cream store launched last year in Philadelphia and has expanded to locations in New Jersey and Delaware. This is its first franchise location.

The concept starts with a base of ice cream, non-fat yogurt or the company’s Nada-Moo vegan option. Customers then choose a cup or a glazed Sublime doughnut as an ice cream-carrying container, and pick from a variety of toppings. Ice cream is made-to-order on a sub-20 degree surface.
