Georgia’s culinary community is mourning the sudden loss of an employee who worked at The Grey, a fine dining restaurant in Savannah.

Scott Waldrup, general manager of The Grey, was fatally struck by a car in downtown Savannah yesterday. According to WTGS Fox28 Savannah, Waldrup was identified as the pedestrian struck and killed by an SUV after Fourth of July festivities on the city’s River Street.
