Irwin Street Market founder to open the Market at Center Park in March

The Market at Center Park renderingBy Jake Rothschild Irwin Street Market and Jake’s Ice Creams founder Jake Rothschild is opening a tiny market in East Point. Called the Market at Center Park, it will feature 300 square feet of locally made goods, ranging from bread and pasta to chocolates and pies. Popular ramen hotspot in Old Fourth Ward closes for the summer

The modern and industrial Japanese restaurant, Nexto, is closing to the public for the summer.

The Old Fourth Ward restaurant from Concentrics Restaurants’, known for its ramen from executive chef Mihoko Obunai and its extensive beverage menu, has stopped all regular lunch and dinner service.

Instead, it is shifting be gears this summer to serve as a private event space for meetings, parties and other gatherings. In addition, its menu will extend beyond the Japanese-centric dishes of Nexto and will include dishes inspired by other Concentric Restaurants’ concepts.
