Rumor has it that Del Posto chef Mark Ladner will launch a Kickstarter later this month for a new quick-service gluten-free pasta restaurant called Pasta Flyer. There aren’t many details ahead of the crowdfunding campaign, which will launch after Memorial Day, but Ladner has put a lot of time into developing a gluten-free replica of everything on Del Posto’s menu, and has done so with much success, so expect this to be better than your average gluten-free pasta joint.
