slice-ramps-ricotta-pizza-940SliCE is showing off its new Spring pizza by giving sliCEs away between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. The samples are of the ramp and ricotta pie, made with locally sourced ramps, ricotta, mozzarella, olive oil, garlic, 1732 Meats Garlic Insanity bacon and finished with pine nuts. The pizza is available for a limited time. A small is $17.99, a large is $23.99.

SliCE has locations near Rittenhouse Square, South Philadelphia and Washington Township, NJ.

P’unk Burger Coming to Passyunk

punk-burger-passyunk-400SliCE owners Marlo and Jason Dilks are filling in one of the few culinary gaps that still remain along East Passyunk. The couple is opening P’unk Burger in November at 1823 East Passyunk Avenue (former Chhaya location).

The burger shop will offer beef, poultry, salmon burgers and soy-free veggie burgers. The menu will also include hand-cut fries and milkshakes.

The restaurant will be BYOB and have room for 25-30. Inside the front window will be an arcade game table-top with the classic Burger Time.

The pizza is available all month long and today only, free samples will be available from noon to 7 p.m. at all three SliCE locations (1740 Sansom St; 1180 S 10th St; 137 Egg Harbor Rd, Washnington Twp, NJ).
